Chest Tubes

I was an LPN for 13 years. I have been an RN for the past 3 years. I always got the gist of chest tubes, but you made this so clear and easy. When transitioning from LPN to RN, the instructor never explained chest tubes she just said "here is a chest tube and I know you all learned about these in LPN school, so we will move on to next lesson". I am now subscribed. Thanks.

Interesting differences between American and Australian management of an ICC. Clamps are part of our emergency equipment and frequently used to find leaks in the tubing and to clamp when drain can’t be below chest height.
