***** Also, there is a book in Swedish called "Tid att vara ensam", which translates to "Time to be alone". Which talks about why it is important to have time for yourself. why society does not want that to happen, how technology is making it harder to find that time and finally how you can use the time to find 'yourself' which in turn will help you become a non-conformist. I wish it was in English too, so more people could read it. Really changed my views. And now, ever day, I take 30 min before school, and 30 min after, to be alone and to really think about my emotions and define what I want to accomplish.

Thank you, I read it like 6 years ago but I didn't remember much of it, except for the 5 senses idea (In which debunks the idea that we only have 5 senses; we also have thermal sense, we have a kinesthesic sense, we have a sense of balance and so on), and that simple idea alone clicked and opnened a whole re-questioning of the world around me.
