Hello, If I win, I will be taking this package on my son’s first Oregon Mule Deer Hunt in the Steens Mountain unit. He will be turning 12 this year and it will be his first year deer hunting in Oregon. He will be the one with the tag and it sure would look nice to see him shooting his first mule deer with this rifle and package. I apologize in advance to his football coaches, but hunting is just as important. We are going to backpack into the mountains, just father and son, and have a trip that we will never forgot! Our family loves watching you guys! My fiancée introduced my kids and I to hunting and fishing when I met him 4 years ago and it has been a huge blessing. I have 2 boys who are 13 and 18. There is enough of an age difference that if they didn’t have a common passion, there is a good chance that they wouldn’t be each others best friend. You guys shared a picture of a big ‘ol bass we caught and you would have thought they won the lottery when they saw that you guys had shared it!! I’m a newer hunter with two young boys! I’ve strictly been hunting deer so far but your videos and podcasts have motivated me into starting to get into bigger game hunting like bear and elk! TBH. It’ll help with me transitioning to modern firearm season much easier. Will come in clutch if spring bear season opens up again in Washington. Kinda hard trying to go all archery when I’m getting older and can’t get close to any animals with archery gear. Awesome vids and work.

I just drew a second season buck tag in Colorado Wednesday, so that's where I'll really get a chance to run the prize package thru its paces. Until then, my 9 year old son just passed his WA Hunter's safety class so we're gonna be hitting the north Cascades HARD for bear come August! Thanks for the opportunity guys!

I would take this rifle on every outdoor adventure veteran trip that I get to be part of. I was introduced to hunting at the age of 30, by default of having been wounded in action in Afghan. Fast forward 11 years later, I have become a volunteer ambassador for a handful of non-profit organizations that support our veterans and firsts responders. This year will be the third annual wyoming elk hunt and this rifle would be legit if it made an appearance. Great video series! Great gear!

I’d haul that gear into the Purcell and Cabinet mountains in NW Montana in search of black bears if I don’t fill my tag this spring, and I’ll bring my bow along for elk and Mule deer. Great video guys. It’s a shame about the miss due to the incorrect dial. That was a gorgeous bear.

I am a student at Oregon Institute of Technology and am majoring in Environmental Science to work with wildlife. I would love some more gear to help me get others in my major outdoors and hunting. It’s a very valuable side of conservation a lot of people in wildlife do not get to experience. I would like to start taking people on some high cascade bear hunts here in Oregon. I would also like to take out youth for their first deer and turkeys to help the recruiting of hunters. It is important to get people to experience what hunting truly entails. It’s more than the kill shot and end goal of harvesting an animal and I want to open as many eyes to it as possible. This gear would allow me to have stuff to loan people so they will have a great experience hunting and back the ethics we as a community stand for. Thank you guys these bear videos are always a highlight of hunting KZbin every year!! Hello, I’m a disabled vet. I’ve been following since last year watching your bear videos in WA. 4 days after finding y’all I shot my first bear. A 300lb cinnamon at 20 yards while elk hunting. I grew up backpacking the North Cascades, but never got to learn to hunt. My family just wasn't really into it, since we butchered our own beef and pork, so we didn't need to rely on game meat to fill the freezers. However, it was something that I always wanted to do, so winning this would allow me to chase that dream, now that I'm almost 50! Never too late to try something new!!

By far my favorite hunts of the year are in late August and early September chasing bears in extremely difficult terrain and unreal country. He died a few years ago in his 80s but not after giving me permission to go to his spot in the Henry Jackson Wilderness. Great shooting Bobby! And a perfect way to show the accuracy of that rifle. I not only have the hunt, but the exact deer that I would use a long range set up like that on. Washington High Buck, on a cliff edge, across canyon, 590 yards… Last year I saw a beautiful 4 x 4 in his bed, but he was just too far for my set up. By the time I wrapped around and closed the distance, he was gone. I’ll send ya the video, even if you don’t pick my name!😁 Great content guys.
