Trevor's driving preparation is epic! LOL Doing good Trevor--keep up the good work--just drive defensively!!!!!!!!!!! Hope the boys---as time goes on, and Drew is learning to drive, NOT TO TEXT, try to stream something, and be distracted. We growing up when I did, had no distractions really, unless it was changing radio channels. In these days of mega-youth distractions (cellphones mainly), i worry about distracted driving. It's interesting from the first video vlog you did, how Trevor's voice has gotten lower........growing up before our eyes! He projects: "COOL." Drew is like me: youngest of numerous boys, demonstrative, outgoing, funny. LOVE all the boys' personalities and they are all funny in their own ways. I enjoy the differences, and see my own family of 4 boys in your family, Stacy! Russell found his spot! Started drilling them! Lucy is always near, hoping for some dropped scraps! :) My Mom was similar Stacy--I got it from her----HATED sticky fingers, floors, etc.-----especially fingers and hands! I totally get it. Love each Vlog! Do you ever go to Luby's? Wondering if there is one near you? Wonder if the boys would like that as a variety of selections? We only have ONE in all of FW (Tarrant). Lucy, the STAR! :)

I definitely don’t like all the distractions kids (and adults) have today! That’s funny about Trevor’s voice…I just went back & listened & you are right! Crazy how fast they grow up 😫!! Seeing Lucy with the watermelon was joyful, my border collie loves raw carrots to snack on so I'm definitely going to try her with some watermelon now, it's so good for them to have pure , natural food like that

I've never given my Newfoundland watermelon (I hate it and would never buy it), but he loves mangoes, carrots, broccoli and raspberries. He also likes avocado but it gives him gas.

You should see New Jersey farm grown strawberries this time of year! When you bite into one, it is like a circus in your mouth! AMAZING and deep blood red all the way through! I was at a farm last weekend picking them! NJ strawberries, BEST in the world! Also, our tomatoes, corn and peaches!

Oh yea! Most people don't know that about NJ. But its way too early for corn and tomatoes. My late uncle used to grow corn just for himself. He always used to say 'knee high by the fourth of July.' My father used to grow Jersey tomatoes in the back yard when I was a boy and young man. Some of those things were HUGE. Really juicy and tasty too!

That's what my late grandmother used to do! When I was a little boy, she would take me swimming on hot summer days. She had this big 1973 Buick with vinyl (not leather) seats. Bench seats! Even though she left the windows down, that vinyl would get SO hot it could burn you. So she would put a towel down across that bench seat for us.

Elle a beaucoup patience je trouve. Les garçons sont adorables mais parfois je les trouve un peu durs. Mais je relativise parce que je me souviens que moi-même, quand j'étais adolescent, j'étais facilement agacé par tout ce que me disaient mes parents et il m'arrivait de leur répondre de manière agressive. Too bad you cannot get a sign on the car that says "DITSY 15-YEAR OLD DRIVER". But seriously, if you get into a fender-bender, one of the most dangerous thing is the airbags, which is why Drew should never sit in front because they can hit kids in the face instead of the chest (ironically Trevor is doing him a favour when he kicks Drew out of the front) and why you should never put your feet up on the dash.

Actually, we DO having something analogous to the sign you mentioned in MY state. You can't get your permit until you're 16 here and then you get a probationary 'graduated' license until you're 18. All new drivers, until they reach 18, have to affix these litters stickers to their license plates which show the cops (and everyone else) that you are a new and/or probationary driver.

I LOVE driving. I wanted to do it as long as I could remember. Plus I'm a car guy and own 3 classic cars. These days, it's the OTHER drivers who scare me. I don't know if this is a thing in other states, but the one thing I've noticed over the last couple years are people who drive between lanes or weave back and forth in their lane or even ride on the white line at the side of the road or straddle it. But yet, in MY state, they'll give a license to anyone. You don't even need to know English.

Great kids with good friends makes for a fun household. I still can't get used to everyone being on phones constantly though.Even my family does it at all our get togethers.We're all older and our Dad taught us,"Family is the most important thing in your lives.Always be there for each other",and we are.Monthly 'Birthday gatherings', and dinner weekly for most of us. I can see you and the boys with their families having the same throughout your lives.

That SUV is probably the worst to learn the drive in. That thing is massive and has a lot of blind spots and it's hard to park. Just go ahead and get him a car or small SUV that will be his and can take the test in. Thanks for the video.
