The problem for me is that the stdv u draw are different many times..for example for thatr MMSM you drew that from the last series of upclose candles (or as called the manipulation leg),well if u move to 1 min or 5 min the stdv will be TOTALLY different...

This is a massive overcomplicating of simple stuff. I've looked into these standard deviations and it's completely random in terms where accumulation/distribution phase happens. It can happen basically anywhere. There is some edge in the fact that these buy or sell MMXM curves reverse at 2-2.5 or 3.5-4 std dev - but this is simply for the fact that it's just an overextended move that already had 3 or 4 distinctive drivers at that point. (Overextension naturally lead to some pullback or reversal as markets don't move in straight lines up or down). All that effort is better to be put in analysing HTF bias, as bias is by far more important than those patterns. If the bias is right, the entry pattern basically doesn't matter.
