When u consider that time is fractal and in a weekly candle, there is a power of 3 development, and MMXM model going on, you have unlock multidimensional understanding of Price action.

Weekly, volumen balance, high time frame c Índice. English: I'll say it in Spanish to make it clearer. The most important question you should ask yourself when a new candle opens, whether weekly or monthly, is: Where is it disrupting according to the standard divisions? The current candle. This is because if it opens in Chu Orchard Hall Divisions, like today's scenario, we anticipate a pullback or reversal at the start of the week or at the start of the candle, depending. In this case, it is a weekly candle and it opens in Chu Orchard Hall Divisions. When it opens, we anticipate its pullback below the previous range. So, if the price opens in one or one and a half divisions, you will anticipate that from the moment it opens, the price will have an accumulation or redistribution. Therefore, you do not expect such a prolonged manipulation.

People have already explained to ICT that calling these measured moves something else (like standard deviations) may not technically correct. Standard deviations are a statistical measure of volatility, which is how much a price moves around its average. It is calculated by taking the square root of the variance, which is the average of the squared deviations from the mean.. Please correct me if you feel I am wrong, but the term should measured moved, in my opinion. While I am here, I will point out that this is what Alan Andrews taught with his Median Lines (aka Alan Andrews' Pitchforks). You will see that the fork will show you the measured moves and price will cycle between them like a channel, but with a specific mathematical probability. It's very algorithmic and has worked forever, not just after 1996 and not because of computer algos. You will see that the fork gives you not only the probable price of path but also the volatility range (until more volatility is injected or removed as the case may be with further consolidation or an expansion). Median lines have a proven statistical nature to them of 80% of the time hitting the median line, so it might be correct to use either standard deviation or measured move terms, but if ICT says his methods are the same... well, then he is indeed teaching Alan Andrews' methods. You can ask bard or openai for clarification on the terms.
@Carrie1111-j9x Жыл бұрын
Pitchfork is just 50 percent of the measured move right , if we put a fib also there it touch 50 percent or a rectangle or gann box.all.50 percent ??
@jd01665 Жыл бұрын
@@Carrie1111-j9x Yes, when you have a pendulum fork drawn, the price will be moving through the fork levels. When it hits the center line, that's 50% of the measured move (B to C). But it's not the same as Gann and Fib in the sense that the A leg gives you time and that creates the angle of the action/reaction lines, which is unique to the fork and not captured by other methods.
@Carrie1111-j9x Жыл бұрын
@@jd01665 I checked out after reading your comment the other day ..very astonished by this tool ..but a bit confused which place to draw from ..like on live it seems very hard ..any source u recommend also are u using pitchforks and how is it turning out
@jd01665 Жыл бұрын
@@Carrie1111-j9x Best youtube videos on pitchforks are at fractal flow pro. Use them like you use ICT's FVGs. Everybody asks, "Which FVG should I use?" Well, it's the same thing with forks. You have to find something that you can see yourself easily and that you can backtest and that repeats. Follow the same path as ICT has shown. For example, look at his 2022 method with a MSS. Try that with a fork drawn using a specific time of day, for example. You want to develop something that is easy and that gives you a way to trade the market during the time periods that you can trade it and using a method that doesn't drive you crazy. The market is not random. It's an algo. So find yourself something that works for you. If the fork fits into it, great. if not, just skip it. ICT teaches a phantom trend line break. Andrews taught this also using a mini median line pointing against the order flow or with the Hagopian lines. It's all a matter of how you see the market and perhaps the fork can help.
