Hi. It would not be the invigilator's fault. The runner is the person who picks up the paper from the Ministry and drops off the paper to the invigilator so she would have thought it was d scheduled exam

And the runner cannot pick up the envelope with P2...that would have been given to them from someone in the Ministry who assigned to deal with that

Good question, possibly they made call to runner to bring correct paper and there was a waiting period..I really can't say..unless they operate a different system from us...in Trinidad, papers are supposed to be collected in the morning of the exam

If this is true it would only affect a very small minority of candidates or students. The majority of students who struggle through should be allowed normal treatment. Stop blaming CSEC we are all humans and we all have faults even you the accuser.
