I love the s*** out of menudo. But I got to have it with a lot of lemon juice and a lot of salt. And I don't like oregano I just use chop cilantro and onions. And a side of Monterey Jack sticks wrapped with corn tortillas you dip it in menudo and take a bite at the same time it's incredible

You should try it! Greek food is delicious and flavorful, with lots of garlic and herbs. You might want to start with a gyro sandwich. It has a mixture of beef and lamb that's roasted on a spit. A pita bread is topped with slices of the meat, tomatoes, onions, feta cheese, and zatziki sauce (made with chopped cucumbers, yogurt and some seasonings). Something that I like to do when I try a new type of food is order an appetizer platter. You get to try several things at once that way.
