She's absolutely wonderful! She's the perfect embodiment of Pocahontas, her mannerisms and the way she speaks to guests. You know a certain character has that special love for Disney when they call their older guest princesses and really talk to teenagers. She knows exactly what she's doing!! (:

She isn't the one I'd complain about honestly. I think she's gorgeous and she plays the role beautifully. She's much more in character than any other Pocahontas I've seen

Great video. I hope to run into her one day at Disney. To all the haters of the sequel though, ummm it follows history a bit better. She really did end up with John rolfe and not John Smith. They had a child, moved to England, and she died very young. Pretty sure that Disney was just trying to sync up with history a bit better. Sorry.

Pocahontas have to sign my books and she must be in the Frontierland entrance near the flag pole, Mickey Floral in the main entrance at Disneyland, and character dining. Pocahontas asked me about the museums, zoos, aquariums, old movie musicals, and my singing voice.

Disney can only hire a dark skinned native american if they apply and nail the role. Besides, this lady has Olive skin which means she very well could be native american or have native in her. Olive skin is very light, but tans very dark. Either way, I think people are complaining about something that is not that big of a freaking deal. They act like a blond hair white woman played pocahontas.

Because when you have a job in Disney as a character costume, you change every day, one minute your cinderella, next minute your minnie mouse, but they change around. So this girl could be Ariel& Pocahontas. And it's not her fault she's got pale skin, Ariel has pale skin so she suits Ariel doesn't she. But considering this is Pocahontas, it's not her fault that her bodily&facial features are a little off the character. Good bye.

She is proably the most beautiful actress I have ever seen play her at disneyland tho... you do know disney hires people who apply... they dont go looking the PERFECT looking actors to play their characters, they go with who applys, how well they do in audition, and how good they fit the part. There could have been a more pocahontas looking girl who applied, but sucked during the audition. Disney is not gonna hire someone who looks more like pocahontas over someone who can actually PLAY pocahontas.

The whole premise of Pocahontas the movie was about skin colour and then Disney chooses a white girl to play Pocahontas? Although this girl is beautiful, they have PoC playing Aladdin and Jasmine, I don't see why they couldn't find someone who looked more like Pocahontas. You do know that not all Mexicans and Natives had dark brown skin... right? I've met Mexicans who are whiter than me. Also, depending on what tribe were talking about, Cherokee Indians had very light skin compared to Navajos who had darker skin.

Oh God.. your comment is silly.. But Pocahontas IS of copper skin and this character looks nothing like her.. but Bravo to Disney for continuing to hire Caucasian looking people in the roles of Princess Jasmine and Pocahontas and others. I find it hard to believe not one Pocahontas look a like did not show up for the casting call. Walking through disneyland on any given day I can find at least 50 who look more convincing .
