Hi Nigel, Looking really good! The "banana" shafts are a little disappointing, but as you said, once in place it won't be noticeable. I saw that you are using Upol clear coat, I also use their polyester mastic glaze as a putty, it's great, it comes in a "Ketchup" bottle (very convenient, compared to the cans that are quickly not airtight) and I attached a tube on the side to keep the hardener tube and it together, it's easy to sand, doesn't noticeably shrinks (I always overfill), and it's not expensive, at least here in the US. The name is "Upol Fantastic glaze" (UPO922). Good continuation and thanks for all your great videos👋🏻

love the work, i am doing the same thing, adding details even if its not visible. I am a beginner and this is my first model. Please continue detailing the colors that you use, this is my biggest problem, choosing colors for parts.

Thanks for explaining the proper way to cut parts from the sprue. I sometimes had little holes on the parts after taking them off and I was cutting too closely to the part!

I can tell by your voice you are looking forward to this build Nige...however...as someone who fought with this kit when it first came out...be aware that from day one Pocher were reknowned for bad fit and a lot of issues...and this is all the more prevalent with the Hornby kits. Also...they are known for the many discrepencies between the same kits in a batch...which you will come across when you least expect it...I am looking forward to seeing how you adapt your skills to the requirements of this kit.
