I think the Chelsea board and these journalists are out of order to leave Poch constantly having to defend what will happen to his future next season, especially after the massive turnaround in results. To finish 6th, qualify for Europe, get to a final and only just lose to City in a semi final with a squad that was in the worst shape in decades in a remarkable achievement. Not many of the Chelsea squad would play in Arsenal, City or Liverpool's teams, with so many immature, insecure and underperforming players he's done a really good job.

Even if we hadn't made it to Europe, he should have stayed. This team can do really well and Poch is a good coach. So many injuries and he still made it to 6th, that is a huge testimony for his performance. Many a times players ahve done stupid things on pitch, manager isn't going to go out and play. In the end, it rests on players' shoulders. If this squad is fully fit, I can see a great season ahead.
