ETH is a solid technical coach, we saw that at Ajax... But he has been surrounded by rats and frauds on and off the pitch at United. I'd clear out the bad apples and give him another year to see what he can do under the new hierarchy without being undermined and let down. Failing that I'd be offering Tuchel a 2 year contract and see how it goes.
