I carry a Case Trapper every day and use it in the woods too. If you dig into old hunting books they prized their pocket knife over a sheathed knife.

I just subscribed this morning. I really like your content. I have found that when I get a knife really sharp i can cut off a piece of end grain and see the holes in the chip where the cells in the wood were. See how that works for you.
