I work substitute teaching and I prefer when they require me to be there 1/2 an hour early. That way I can have everything super organized. Sometimes I'm only allowed to be there 15 mins early and I feel super rushed. :\

Ed. students for preparing for having a classroom other than just academic advice (Ex. How you got so many books, etc.) Basically tips/hacks you don’t learn until you start teaching • A funny video about how teaching impacts your whole life (sort of a skit) “Things/struggles only teachers understand” • Your opinions, likes, dislikes about the teaching community on instagram and youtube • Crash course of how to start a teaching channel/instagram and how you got to be so successful because you deserve it!! • How your family & friends feel about you having a channel These are of course all just suggestions but if you lose momentum and get stuck I would LOVE to see all of these!

@Ashley Carlton It's only about 50 minutes each day for a lot of us. I work on average 65 hours a week. I spend a lot of my evenings and weekends grading and lesson planning. Not sure how she has so much free time in the evening. (I do teach high school English, though, so I have a lot of essays and written response questions to grade).

Kay2be2mr I have also read that it makes you more tired because your body goes back into sleep mode but it can’t go through the full cycle so it doesn’t get rested. I have to get up after one alarm, but my husband doesn’t. After nearly 17 years I can usually sleep right through his alarms and mine wakes me just fine.
