I'm having terrible problems trying to get the replay working. When I first install it it works perfectly but after a few minutes clicking on the event will not bring up the replay I'd love you to do an operational video.

I have 1 swann camera , Model : SWIFI- CAM I have successfully connected step by step, but at this connection step I get an error message: If you have, previously paired the device to another account, please from that account bofore trying again, please help me how to fix this error, thank you very much Sent from my iPhone

Why you SHOULDN'T consider it: 1. Detections is good. TOO good. Constant notifications for nothing. Have messed around with all of the settings, but it's impossible to know what's triggering the cam.....that is until you pay for one of their Secure+ plans. Of course. 2. Cameras take FOREVER to activate, making it nearly impossible to see what's going on until it's already over. 20-30 secs to activate is ridiculous. If you're receiving a package, etc. the person will be gone before you have a chance to identify and possibly speak to them. 3. No ability to view cameras on a PC. When I'm home working, I don't want to always have to find my phone and fire up the app to see what's going on. These are WiFi cams FFS. It seriously cannot be that difficult to port them to your desktop. 4. There is no option, either via the app or IFTTT, to create a geo fence or a simple trigger, say when your phone connects to your home network, to disable notifications, etc. Again, this would seem to be basic functionality for a WiFi cam. A large percentage of people today either work remotely, use flex time, etc. and can't set up regular schedules for weekdays and weekends. I'm in and out of the house all day long most days and have to clear my playback clips constantly. I think what's most frustrating is these have the POTENTIAL to very useful, and could be improved greatly with a simple firmware update and/or a simple desktop app or program. Oh, and no live support or chat either.

Ahh! the old Swann, their chips are made by Huawei and their software is flooded with backdoors. Even their PC software is sketchy af. Do yourselves a favor and avoid these devices. I had one at home and it didn't take me too long to realize that packages were being sent to CHINA servers all the time.
