just picked up the Razr 2023. Very delighted with the phone. I had no desire for the pricier phone, especially having to be paranoid with the larger glass cover screen. The smaller screen on the Razr 2023 allows me to function as needed, to check messages, time, battery, and several other phone functions, the essentials and only the essentials. I can say with confidence that one should have no buyers remorse choosing the 2023 over the +.

Just say you can't afford flip/folding smartphones and leave it at that. Also, if smartphone cameras were good professional photographers would be using them.

I honestly like the plastic model better because i can just toss it around and not caring about it really breaking. Ive had foldable and flipables and the inside displays can take falls and drops but the exterior glass always breaks.

It is not clear in the review but when the phones are fully unfolded, does it "click" into place? Are any creases visible on the main screen where the hinge is.....?! Thanks - great review!

The only two burning questions I have that are helping me decide between models other than price point are do they both have the dust and water resistance dust being my main concern and on the cheaper model can you change your song on Spotify if the cheaper model can do Spotify and has a good dust and water resistance that sage green is looking good to me literally the two things that have me waffling

Even if the outer screen of the razr plus is great I couldn’t be happier with the razr, the outer display of my razr is 1.5 inches small but still I like the functionality for quick scrolling and calling and knowing if I should answer or not, and I also like that I can control my music and check the weather on the small outer display, I can use the external camera with the small display, and I can even activate hotspot using just the outer screen, and I can also see some of my notifications on the small screen, there’s still a lot of function on the standard razr outer screen, I don’t even have to open my phone to answer calls, or even make calls to known contacts. On the inside of the phone it’s like any other high end smartphone with little bezels and the inner screen is very fluid and works like a charm if we don’t use it for heavy gaming, yeah I can still game on it but lightly, one feature that I also love about the Motorola razr is the casting feature known as ready for which works similarly to Samsung dex, but Motorola version, this allows you to play, creates and see content on the big screen, and also there’s a vintage theme or mode for the 2004 razr. Me and dad have the normal 2023 razr and we couldn’t be happier, I highly recommend are great, imagine if the Motorola razr is great now imagine how good the Motorola razr plus would be, wow I am impressed with how the Motorola razr works.

is the plus model more prone to cracks as it has a huge displayyy? also there has been no drop test done for these phones and I can't tell if it has withstand multiple drops without case because im one of those people; can u recommend a good flip smart phone that can do these and has thin bezels(thinnest out of all the flip smartphones). I am asking this becoz ur a small youtuber so I have chances of getting a response😂😂; btw gl with ur channel

That razr 40 and razr 2023 is the same phone. Razr 40 / ultra is the name for the international models. Razr 2023 /2023 plus is the US model names.

I got the cheaper model add I like it more than I like the plus because I don't have a need for a screen on the front and front screen on the regular razor does exactly what you need it to do and then some it tells you your notifications you don't have to get distracted for watching I'm playing games

Do you need to open the phone of the Razr 40 to do a selfie. Does the small screen show a selfie camera image? I like the Razr 40 because the smaller screen woul be less likely to get damaged

My Motorola Rarz Ultra/Plus, I can: 1. Read/reply to email without opening the phone. 2. Read/reply to text messages without opening the phone. 3. Read/reply to chat messages without opening the phone. 4. Make/answer calls without opening the phone. Consequently the battery lasts 2/3 day without having to recharge it.

Coming from a die hard Apple user the Razr is an amazing phone but... Motorola should just have stick with the 40 instead of not thinkin' it trough and release the 50 in a hurry! This new model extremely sucks on all levels let alone they have ditched the front screen and the beautiful infinite black version! I mean how the hell can you not bring a classy black version? Now Motorola even followed Apple bringin' all these rainbow pride colors! I'll definitely stick to my all black Motorola Razr 40 Ultra and be happy!

This is no razr at all. Just an ordinary flip phone..... Razr has its own shape and physical form, just like a Porsche/Ferrari/Lamborghini, you can tell when you see one, not by the logo. This phone, no you can't tell. Just a flip phone.
