Jaime, can you please dig into the Apple Airpods Pro leading to ear problems. I've gotten a really bad allergic reaction. And i've been using in-ear plugs since a few years. NEVER had any issues. But buying the Airpods Pro my ears are suffering. Had to stop using them. And googling on the topic, it seems to be a rather widespread reported issue. but it is never spoken of. Would like to hear your take on it. As it has a few theories about what the issue is, it would be interesting to get a objective view on it.

It just turned out much cheaper than expected because of all the pre-order deals and discounts I was able to get through an agent. Overall great experience, as always!

@@luciiidnights Well in my case I'm rocking a Galaxy S10, original buds, and Galaxy watch. So all of them are a couple years old. Still work perfectly but I figured it was worth it to upgrade now. Plus I've been dying to get into the foldable wagon and this is the first time I don't see them as incredibly fragile. I'll still baby it, but after trying it at the store I felt confident enough to take the gamble and support the R&D of new awesome tech like this!

My opinion: Apple is very good at marketing and promotion. The AirPods are not the best bluetooth earbuds on the market, but they're certainly the most popular. As a result, other brands don't get the market and/or media attention that the AirPods do. And many Apple consumers know this. With so many earbuds to choose from, tech-makers need to step-up their aggressiveness in marketing and promoting their earbuds. In a case in point; I've had the experience of encountering some people who never heard of Jabra, Jaybird, and much to my surprise, a few didn't even know Sony and Bose made earbuds.

I'm not so sure it's even marketing at this point. I think it's more about the fact, that for many, being part of Apple ecosystem is related to status. They do not buy it because it's the best product or the best value. They buy it because everyone and their grandma will recognize that iPhone they are holding in their hands.

I loved them. Especially when it was super easy to pair them with my Nintendo Switch. I use 1 bud at a time during a 9 hour shift at work. 1 bud lasts about 7 or 8 hours. Which isnt bad

I dropped my galaxy buds pros during a thunderstorm. I found one earbud within a few seconds, but the other one was lost in the grass somewhere. It took me 20-30 minutes to find the other earbud and it was POURING ... Both work like new!!!

Very good review. Been an happy user of Galaxy buds+, battery life is unparalleled even with Samsung's own other buds offering. Probably upgrade to this one but would still keep the buds+ 🙂

With the case it’s more the same. But per earbud the battery range is worse from 11 hours to 8. With ANC on its 5.5 hours. But the size is much better 15% smaller

IDK why I absolutely hate these compared to nearly everything else. Did everything right, but bass is weak, fit is just bad. Smiling or talking will dislodge them, yet they're glossy and so round it's hard to grab to remove when you DO want to take them out. They don't auto-pause when removing one bud (and no way to change that), and then any kind of readjusting almost always triggers some touch function. Tap to pause, then try to remove one bud, it will inadvertently trigger playing again. This leads you to have to tap the bud that's still in to pause again (as the one you removed no longer responds to touch), requiring two hands just to do this simple thing... And the app doesn't do much to improve things, except let you customize touch functions. The only positive feedback I can give is that ANC is actually REALLY good. I've really preferred the Jabra Elite 75t; they are leagues better, in almost every way.

They're supposed to be kept in their case when not in use so they're protected from damage and being lost , the buds also automatically turn on when the case is opened and when removed from it so it's best to keep them in the case to they turn off and so they charge back up after you use them.

I have the note 10+, i have the original galaxy buds which was replaced with the buds 2 due to intermittent charging and connection issues and i also have the galaxy tab A (2019) which I hardly use anymore and gave to my mom to watch K-dramas while she's preparing delicious dinner for me. I still have not sprung for the galaxy watch just yet because i think it's stupid and feels just like a smaller phone on your wrist. i don't have to always read my notifications they can wait.

When it comes to noise canceling for flights DO NOT GO FOR EARBUDS . If u plan on using these to travel go for Bose QC instead amazing quality sound and bose knows wtf they are doing when it comes to noise canceling as they are the big name pilots use for headsets their technology is unbeatable but for everyday use buds are amazing id recommend getting both

I own these. Coming from the buds+, the sound on these is definitely slighy better, but the fit is waaay worse. I could wear the buds+ for hours, and with the buds2 my ears start to hurt after ~1 hour. They also tend to lose "suction" to my ear and wiggle their eay out, something the old ones never did. I use them for my motorcycle, undr my helmet, and i went back to the buds+ over these just for the fit

UPDATE BATTERY LIFE NOT TRUE AFTER 2 HOURS WITHOUT LISTENING JUST IM MY EAR WAS 50%??? Maybe it's just me. Just got em yesterday at Verizon for $48 after discounts etc. I returned a Razer kishi a button fell in 2 days. Verizon offered exchange or switch to anything then he offered discounts and gave me total and he'll yeah. Beats fit pro and others were around $200. Buds 2 sound great I selected bass mode and in phones settings equalizer custom I raised everything up. They're loud awesome sound you don't even feel them in your ear. I'm a truck driver so they'll work for phone calls too. Not too worried about call quality because they're rated as one of the tops so they'll do calls will just have to be short and to the point.

I got this for ANC, not as good as my Anker muffs for half the price. You can still hear people and noise just a little muffled. With my Anker you cannot hear at all, not even the bathroom vent. Touch control sucks, need to be more customizable. Previous and next track should be with the lft and right buds not on the same buds with triple and double tap. I'm very dissapointed overall. I guess the difference with the muffs are better ANC, pro for portability for the buds.

At least the Galaxy Buds Pro worth every penny because of the IP68 , don't fall down from my ears when running and have an amazing sound. A Jack of all trades. But these Galaxy Buds 2 are over priced ...

I just found out that the 360 sound only works when the screen is on and not locked. As soon as the screen locks. 360 stops working, which is weird, unless im missing something.
