Can I observe - they look at each other in the course of this video with what I perceive to be genuine love. They look at each other with love. And, rarity of rarities, I don't question for a second the purity, the fraternal nature of that love. It's quite beautiful. Just to watch; to say nothing of the primary message (however beautiful) they are communicating. The beauty of how they interact is quite disarming and endearing. And desirable - in the sense that I would like to have that with those around me; however impossible it may seem.

I love the way Fr. Mark Mary looks at his guests with focused attention and respect and just lets them talk. He hardly speaks when he has a guest, and only asks a couple questions to draw out more. Bravo, Father! Everyone (myself included) should listen to people with rapt attention, without thinking of the next thing to say.

I really struggle just staying in the moment. I’m always so stressed about what I’m going to do next. Uncertainty is so terrifying and it takes me out of the present. It’s really hard. Not discerning alone has been my saving grace. With people surrounding me supporting me and loving me, I’m able to see clearer.

This is so good, thank you. I’m currently waiting in the vulnerability and it’s hard. I do believe it’s a season of trust and letting go. I’m not very patient and He knows that lol. God bless you both.

1 corinthians 15 1-4 1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; 2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. 3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

Thinking about every door that's been shut, windows that were locked and tears cried out of frustration, all led me to this moment. I trust in The Lord. Everything is His Will. I am where I am supposed to be because He has led me here.

From my experience, God builds me up one step at a time. He knows His plan for me is the best thing for me. Through hardship, trust God. Even at the darkest time, take one step at a time, God builds us up as long as we trust Him and really do our best for the work assigned to us at that moment.

For me. When God close a Door, He also close all doors and window. At a period of my life, God will not even open a single gap. I began to understand why. We always say, the Lord’s Prayer, at the end part “and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.” Sometime, a door or window will result in us falling into temptation. I thank God for all the Doors and Windows that was closed. Because I wasn’t ready to face whatever I might faced. My God is true and keep to his word. I thank God for all the closed opportunities. Now That, I had grown in faith, some doors began to open, new job careers, new friendships.

it is, sometimes frustrating... when you start to put things together, from what you have experienced, on the journey, that the Lord has taken you on... but, the next step that He shows you, is in a different direction, then the way "you" have planned... but, that a me thing, lol... He knows the way, trust Him...

God knows when I’m ready to receive and yet he’s the only one who can make me ready to receive whatever it is he has me to do or know? The question becomes -am I such a mess, do I need so much reconstruction over so many years? Life feels short and unconstructive or long on waiting but fruitless.

Thank you in advance God bless! Fr Peter, my spiritual director sent this…(Maddalena is 3 months old) Please pray for my Grand niece So we met with the grand rapids neurologist today. He had 2 concerns & priorities. Number 1 we need to get the hydrocephalus treated asap. Number 2..after that is done we need to address the 2 abnormalities from the ultrasound. First abnormality, There are 2 structures that were not seen so it could mean they are not there/underdeveloped/or ultrasound missed them. If missing or underdeveloped these parts of the brain deal with hormone regulation so we'd have to get in touch with an endocrinologist and have a prevention plan setup up with him or her because it could lead to retardation or another type of mental disorder. And the second one is the schizocephalic deformity where it looks like a slice of her brain is damaged, this could but may not lead to epilepsy and/or seizures. So keep in mind she may be perfectly fine after the surgery still but our neurologist is going to have some tests run after her recovery to make sure we are prepared for what could happen to prevent any retardation or damage. Its a lot to take in and jelena and I are really just trusting in Jesus on this and that maddalena is in his hands. Nevertheless it is difficult and not what we expected on top of the hydrocephalus. Please keep us in your prayers and feel free to share our story.

JESUS IS THE ONLY WAY AND PATH! Wake up catholic's Praying to mary, saints, patron saints is part of your tradition/ culture. It's not scriptural! POWER IS IN JESUS ALONE!
@PolymorphicPenguin2 жыл бұрын
There is a lot that Catholics and Protestants disagree about, but we believe in the same Jesus. As a fellow Protestant, praying to saints is foreign to my experience, but I've been told it's basically just asking a holy person to talk to God on your behalf. Catholics and Protestants need to stick together because we both go through a lot of the same spiritual struggles.
