Not to spoil the fun, but Poco F3 cameras' is relatively inferior in night time . Be it photo/video. Let's be honest here, this is the category F3 launch event which was not highlighted. So yes, the camera, in F3, is not the main focus of this phone. If you are he type whose very particular about camera, this is not for you. If you want performance, that will be good 2-3 years even beyond (as poco F1 of today still performs well) so, this F3 will be enough for you. I would love to see a port of gcam soon, for this to see how well the sensor performs. So overall, compromises has to be made. Xiaomi needs to cut some corners to keep the price as budget wise as possible. You will definitely get what you are paying for, you can't really whine about it if you do, pay more with your extra cash. On the side note, Snapdragon 870 is not dual 5G, only sim1 supports it. X3 and pro both got best cameras. I'm using X3 and was surprised, as I always used over expensive Sony's phone that how comes it's camera is better than any Sony's phone I've ever used, it turned out it got Sony's lense in 64mp camera and Sony's sensor. Pictures in good lighting feels like taken from a DSLR.

Been using the X3p for almost a year and I've just ordered F3 because of its so cheap now, same price as I bought X3 Pro last year. Will test them out.

It's kinda strange, both have same sensor but have different color tones. I like poco x3 pro most, but night mode kinda odd, cause it's darker than using AI only. Wide angle camera f3 better, hands down. Is it possible to get f3 better color tones? Gcam perhaps? Please do gcam comparation between both, in Indonesia we have to choose in 1 week since now, really appreciate if u can do my favor.

I’m surprised as well. I thought i will get the same color compositions but they tweak it. Night mode feature is not good, AI is better. Also, the AI macro works better than the dedicated macro lens. 😂

So EIS is available at 60fps on X3 Pro, but not on F3. That's strange. And the focus hunting is annoying on Poco F3@60fps too. The video was very helpful

Yeah it always happen with the 60FPS, it tries to auto focus. I’ve seen many phones doing this and some are even worse. I don’t know why xiaomi disable the eis on 60fps. I know this phone is capable of doing that. Maybe they don’t want to throw all the features in F3 😂

Poco launcher is default, to get what you see on my poco f3. Change the icons, go to Themes, Profile, Icon, then choose Classic. To get the navigation bar, go to settings and search for Navigation. Select Buttons instead of Gesture and select Mirror to change the button order.

Great video, just had a small question, POCO F3 states that it allows shooting at 240FPS. Is the video at 240 FPS continuous, like I can make a baking video for 10~20 minutes at 240 fps, or is it a restricted size like 0.2 seconds with the 960 FPS? Would you know if the 240 FPS is native, or is it digitally processed to reach that FPS? I know the 960 FPS is digitally processed.

240fps is in slow motion. The 960fps is also in slow motion and the quality is not impressive and the files was already saved in slow motion. I think you can shoot at 240fps and use the raw file since it’s not slowed down when you transferred it to a PC. I checked the file on the pc and the fps is 239.9fps. I don’t know if how long you can record but i tested it with 10 mins and it’s still going. I think you can record longer than 10mins or as long as you have space. I just needed to stop testing coz it’s overheating 😂. 10mins = 6.33GB. Is it for instagram? I always watched Food category on that app.

@@Zeibiz Thank you for the detailed reply. I will be using the raw files. I'll edit the parts that I want the slow motion on from the raw. I will be using the canon m50 for the main video shooting. If it can go for 10 minutes, it can go longer as well. I will have to look into getting a cooling solution, or timing the video such (can't have everything), or I can get a second go pro camera for that price. I'll have to figure out transferring and writing directly to pc if possible (my headache to solve). This is for Instagram and youtube. I already post about sourdough bread on Instagram, very helpful baker friends on Instagram that help you out improve. KZbin videos are just longer explanations with a video for a step by step process if someone wants a visual. You should try baking bread or pizza at home, really fun and tasty. if you gonna benchmark the processor please don't rely on opening random apps these statistics doesn't really matter and most latest phones can have similar performance in doing such tasks It'd be great if you rather test the processor capacities on stress testing or something that would actually put load in the processor

EIS will be disabled if you switch to 60fps. It’s only available in 30fps at 1080 and 4k.

Yeah, i don’t know why they disabled it given that this phone can easily handle that 60fps feature. It’s really weird coz Poco x3 pro and nfc has eis on 60fps. Maybe they don’t want all the feature in one phone, none will buy the other model if the F3 is superior in all aspect. I tried the Gcam but it’s crashing, the one with Camera PX is stable but no option to take video with 60fps.

There's no doubt Poco F3 win the performance and camera, but the problem here is poco f3 has no no jack headset and no slot for sd card which I do not prefer since I have so many document and files that I needed to save, and it look like it is a little bit difference because at all that matters is price so it still poco X3 pro...

Yung F3 pinaka ok na phone ng xiaomi na lumabas ngayon. Budget friendly at mataas ang specs. Average lang camera nya compare sa samsung phones pero good pa din. Ang issue lang na lumabas dito is yung screen dimming. Pero sabi na fix na daw sa update, hindi ko lang maverify kasi di ko pa narecieve yung update sa phone ko

Gammers remember F3 doesn't have dolby atmos surround sound and sound is lower also no 3.5mm jack, less battery. F3 is one of the best for everyday use. While as a gammer I would recommend X3 Pro. Off course there is a little difference of SNAPDRAGON 866 IN x3 pro and 888 in F3 which you won't feel but a great difference in price.
