Excelente video de ayuda de como reemplazar el flex de volumen, como comentario adicional reemplace el flex con uno generico el cual es mas grueso que el original que es mas delgado y tiene una placa metalica para que quede justo, por lo cual si lo reemplazan con el generico no intenten ponerle la placa metalica ya queda apretado.

Hi, I change volume flex , but now my phone not turn on. Shows poco logo and drain battery icon and turn off. Also not charge after plugin charger. What I could broke?

Emm have you check all connections?

@@DIYGeardo yes, also put back old volume flex tape to check if is it, but not helped. If main flex cable would be damage it possibile of this behavior?

Found Reddit post about it , you can remove the buttons with just removing the back cover the part on button that clicks into plastic was worn , on the buttons to take them out you have clip on one side you lift up , surprised not single guide how just to remove the buttons I would have been totally lost
