Very nice review ! I like the detailed investigation of the camera. We see, you are an experienced photographer, some really nice shots ! ( I missed some more black and white pics. ) For my opinion the camera is decent or nice enough. I can't pay 800 euros or more for a flagship camera. My price range ends at 300 euros or like that. And we don't find much better cameras in this range or how do you think ? Regarding the very nice processor, the very good display and the strong accu and the nice camera, it is a very good performer. I don't think, an expensive phone performs so much better in everyday life.

first of thank you VERY much! Appriciate your comment a lot! For the camera if you can get better? Yes... till a degree, it really has to do with preference, for myself I think that one thing that stands out is the main camera in daytime, like the greens a lot of phones around this price BUTCHER those! They make it a saturated mess, the images also often look way too bright for around this price, where I feel in this case it doesn't go for that brightness approach too much. But there are better options for the price simply because of the lesser performance in low light and the ultra wide. That being said, I doubt you will find one that will do then as well in terms of CPU performance. The only way I see how is by finding a second hand older flagship, but that won't be easy!

Jermaine, i had a closer look ( on Desktop PC ) on the pictures you made with the Poco F5. Especially the zwartwit /blackandwhite pics are very nice. Did you shoot them in Auto mode or did you choose the Pro-Mode for these pictures ?

​​@@omranmkv but not in ultrawide,, i have both currently and decided to keep my x3 nfc since it has superior 13mp ultrawide and can also record 4k which you can never find in new releases of this price segment which is capped at 8mp and 1080p recording,, and overall videos is more stable in my nfc compared to f5. guess the f5 needs more optimization

Hi, I use social media a lot, taking photos when I'm skiing or on holiday, 1 hour of gaming a day and many hours of videos. I have a Xiaomi 12 but because of the chip that heats up I have trouble with the battery, paid 380 euros. Could Poco F5 be a good compromise?

The performance of the camera in video from 7:44 onwards is awful. The video is supper jittery. Is that supposed to happen? Or was it KZbin messing up the video file when uploading?

@@ThroughJermainesLens Hi , no i don't think it's KZbin , but because in your software video, each video you have on your timeline have slighty different frame rate , that are not exactly the same as your project , they are not "conformed". To get around this problem , you have to record in one video , but in your case you can't because you have to change the settings in the phone to record in an other resolution ... To conform videos , there is software that does it but it's a supplementary work ...

That is very hard for me to say because I haven't used the A54, but from what I heard software experience on the Samsung is sluggish, that is all I can truly say, but that is without own experience.

Je suis pleinement d'accord avec toi. Effectivement sur le X3 NFC l'ultra grand angle est de 13 méga pixels je ne comprends pas cette régression à 8. ​@@Enarua tell you i have ft now but keep my nfc. i cannot get rid of that 13mp ultrawide which can record 4k, which is a flex compared to new releases that gives 8mp capped at 1080p , yeah f5 is a big jump in performance but camera wise specially in video x3 is still a win, i find its' video more stable overall be it wide or main though it has only eis, guess the f5 needs more optimization,, and i forgot the f5 don't have clone mode dual video etc which x3 have, they keep it the pro versions these days, so sad

When you look on the paper values , the 7gen2 should be much stronger and more efficient than SD 870 and SD 888.

@@ThroughJermainesLens The Most Important is the Front Camera, i do a lot of Selfies and Videochatting with my girlfriend ( we have a long distance relationship ) i tested both the Poco F5 and the Pixel 7a and sometimes the Poco F5 takes decent selfies ( especially in portrait mode) some come out pretty bad. But for my suprise, i didnt like the Selfies on Pixel 7a any more, if so, maybe even less. It was weird to me because i thought Google has better cameras, but maybe its just a personal preference. Well and after this, i care about the display and the battery, which is both pretty good on the F5, at least thats what i feel like. Now after testing both phones for a day each, i feel like the Poco is the better Choice. Whats your opinion on the front camera of the Poco ? ( and if you tested, the Pixel 7a? Regards

@@schnickschnack4030 I would honestly say that then the pixel 7a might be the better pic, it also supports higher resolution front camera video, but i will say that the camera experience for photography is limited sadly, so no pro mode or effects that you do have on the poco. I did make a camera video on the pixel 7a might help with deciding? But i do like the cpu better on the f5, display mmm need to look at them both to properly judge, haven't looked at them side by side

My brother has a pixel and he has faced many problems so did my friend who also owns a pixel. But it is also possible that the quality of product is different in my country.. I tried asking a local mobile KZbinr from my country regarding the jitter issue shown on his vlog using a 1080p 30fps, but never got a response. So, may I ask, upon transferring the raw video files to your PC, does it also jitter from your video player or video editing software? Or the jittering only happened on KZbin? Thanks!
