Thanks for reaching out. Yes you can wear the POD knee sleeves over your existing compression garment. Potentially it will make the brace slightly tighter around the knee so if you can simulate this prior to purchasing this would be a good idea.

Hey Justin, thanks for getting in touch. The Sleeves fold over the upper and lower parts of the Knee Brace, both capturing the straps (stopping them catching if not aligned correctly) and also creating a smooth surface for your pants to slide on. This will help reduce downwards pull on any brace they are used with. The key to all braces staying in place is; 1 - Correct positioning. 2. Applying adequate tension on the strap directly below the knee, this strap sits on top of your calf muscle and will stop migration. @@PODActive Is there a new updated video of how to set up the new K4 2.0 brace as far as the padding inserts? Which direction they go? Where they should be sitting on your knee and if there should be spaces in the front? things like that, I'm struggling with fitting them right! Thanks!
