Absolutely excellent interview 👏 I remember reading this mans book, ironically enough, over a pint in the Brog in Cork about 10 or 11 years ago 😀 Very resonating story

AA and such groups are great but the anonymous side is rooted in shame based behaviour, maybe not intentionally, shame makes you hide and isolate which keeps the cycle of addiction alive.

Yet another absolutely superb podcast lads - keep them coming. Just felt really odd hearing Timmy's voice and not seeing his face for a short while, in the beginning. Assume it must have been a technical error.
