One question for all the people that have followed the podcasts from the beginning and watched the videos repeatedly .Do you feel that these podcasts has taught you enough Japanese to have a good complete Japanese conversation. Because I want to learn Japanese but it is very complex so I want to know if any using this learning resource has got any got results

It's good to listen to while commuting, walking the dog, etc. but it won't replace hundreds of hours of learning kanji, grammar forms and vocabulary. There's just no way around it. You should treat this podcast as "active rest".
