Roofers daughter here! (Also engaged to one of my father’s coworkers, so I’m a soon to be roofer wife as well haha) Thus, I’ve been hearing roof stories all my life. Whoever told you the sky light information, only told you a half truth. Yes, they are prone to leaking. If you check it yearly and hire someone to maintain the seals when they begin to degrade. They can last a strong 20-30 years. Sure at will cost you a couple hundred every few years, but it is worth it for the light in my opinion. I have a sky light and it has never once leaked.

Miles if you do circus. Do circus/carnival mixed. Theme fits the same but gives you a broader range of ideas. Plus you can buy cheap carnival themed games and have tickets and prizes. If you're wanting to go more out there even for adults balloon twisting, face painting, temporary tattoo stations and clown if you're not scared lol can be fun! I did that and it was one of our most successful parties
