Great idea about the blokes also singing the first verse of the song. It sounds so much better. Also, during away matches I reckon it’d be great to sing the song out on the ground at the boundary in front of our supporters instead of back in the quiet rooms. I great recognition for the interstate supporters.

I’m in my mid 60s and don’t really listen to podcast, but “Better Down Back” is a hoot. I think it could rival “The Footy Show” back in the 80s and 90s. But my suggestion for Youngy’s nick name is “Speed”. Cause he reminds me of Keanu Reeves, when he has his hair tied back. So perhaps that has some context behind the name. Great episode. Cheers.

Love the Podcast! Clarky and Drisco are a great combination. My only complaint though is that this promises to be a podcast celebrating defenders, yet we haven't had a single defender on as a guest. Hopefully that changes next week! Go Freo!

Going strong guys, keep it up. I reckon maybe Lazer or Laz for Hayden, on account of his lethal kicks. Probably Ears for Jordan due to his actively listening habits. Wouldn't mind a multi-guest pod ie: Dogga and Onions or Coxy, Lukey and one of the younger boys like Chappy. Funny hearing the voice memo about the headband, I was thinking the exact same thing after the game. Feels like a good omen if Ears gets his head split open haha.
