An interview with a client who successfully ran his own small claim using the above book. It is a great nutshell case of around £1,500 in which a defendant client got his legal costs awarded against his opponent on the small claims track, which is difficult to do unless you can prove your opponent behaved unreasonably. I received totally incorrect legal advise from this Firm about my Rights in courts as a Disabled Litigant in person in the county court. They clamed my rights did not apply. Recent Judges orders Suggest i am being given procedural accommodations by the Judge. I was told this is impossible and charged £150 for the privilege seems you have overlooked a whole area of Self Representation in courts !!! The Rights of disabled peoples access to justice Under UN articles and Human Rights Act and the Equality Act 2010, non wonder no one cares about disabled people we disseminated against all the time ! Do you not help with cases regarding council tax? We called the office and was half way through a brief explanation of our current case and the lady put the phone down and now won't answer??

Depends what you mean by a council tax case. We certainly assist people where there is a contentious matter, or a dispute likely to be heard in the civil courts. Best to email us at [e-mail] with your documents and a brief explanation of the issue. We all check this email account many times a day.
