I did my first sauerkraut EVER . Thanks too you. I did green cabbage, carrots, apple, white onion and some cutting edge culture. And it's DELICIOUS!! Thank you sooo much.

Thank you for the video! I've learned how to make sauerkraut now. My family and I like it a lot. I want to learn and experiment with other vegetables. I don't have glass weights and wonder if it is possible to not use any weight on top? How to prevent spoilage without weights? Thank you!

The Angels recommended your Kiefer video to me… Life-saving stuff. I had no idea how easy it was to make Kiefer thank you so much. Wondering what your favorite milk is to make kefir with, and also if you’ve ever made goats milk kefir. It’s the only one I can find in the store that doesn’t have sugar in it. I mix that with a little bit of Ronnie Brooks “drinkable yogurt“ for a fruity flavor but I’m not sure if mixing the yogurt with the Kiefer ends up hurting the Kiefer? I can’t thank you enough.
