I watch your video everyday. It giving me hope to cure from my anxiety. I should focus on my gut rather than my anxiety symptom and stop google-ing from now on.

Hi! So happy if I have helped you in anyway. So much of the anxiousness begins in the gut. Don't forget anxiety is good sometimes and there for a purpose. But shouldn't control your life. Healing the gut can really help as well as calming the mind.
