Donna, I wish I could have you come over and do a class in my kitchen! I feel so inspired whenever I listen to your podcast, but I'm intimidated to actually try to make any of this stuff by myself. I know it would be better than even the best you can buy from the store!

Hello Donna. I hope you are well. Thanks for the research and the sharing of info. I’m currently making the Sibo yogurt for a friend who is experiencing sibo. If effective, I’m hopeful she will start making it on her own. Question for you, I froze some of my last batch of gas and rut yogurt and am using that as a starter. I’m fermenting it at 106° in the metal pot of an instant pot for 36 hours . Is that a good temp for the combined bacteria? Hopefully not too high above the 100° you mention in making the ruterii separately.

L reuteri kills off over 100… so she mentioned that it has to be 100 or less strictly.

Hi Donna, I put one capsule of saccharomyces boulardii in with my L Rueteri, is that ok or did I just ruin my batch😮

You say new users will experience gut problems. Can I make a lower bacteria count and then build up as I feel better ?

Hi Donna, I’ve been culturing Kefir for 2 years now and on my 2nd batch of L. Reuteri. I had to back way off my Kefir at one point; I had started at 1/2 cup and went to 1 cup but my body wasn’t adjusting after months so I took a break and then came back to it starting with just 2 T and working my way up from there. I’ve now added in the 2 T of L. Reuteri and working up to 1/2 cup daily. Next I want to work on the one with both Reuteri and Gasseri. Here is my question…..how many of these cultures can we possibly work into our day? Do you skip days on some of these or try and consume some of each one every day, lol? I’m a bit confused on this. Is it okay to have the L. Reuteri and the L. Gasseri plus kefir every single day or will it eventually be way too much of a good thing and cause other issues? Thank you Donna❤

Thank you Donna and Dr. Davis! All this has been a game-changing in health. I've never slept this good in decades! What the world needs now is Oxytocin, sweet Oxytocin! My L.Reuteri has gotten so strong now I've had to half the starter amount, reduce the temp down to 34°C and even then - it's done in 24hrs! If it goes to curds and whey Use the Whey for starter ice cubes and the curds in the salads.
