Not me! Concentration of beneficial nutrients in nuts and seeds are way higher by the simple fact that their water contents are way lower than fruits and vegetable. So next time some marketers trying to sell you dried fruit, super food powders and what not by saying that their xxx superfood has a higher antioxidant powers vs. fresh blueberries or broccoli of the same quantities you know they are not comparing apples to apples.

A lot of plant based meat is just as high or higher in saturated fat since coconut oil seems to be the most popular for that now

Recent research shows that there is no relationship between dietary cholesterol and blood cholesterol, and that high saturated fat food does not raise blood LDL, it lowers it. But you”lol never hear here. He cherry picks his research and omits studies that undercut his pitch. .

I'm putting together a compendium of nutrition study summaries. What are some of the published studies showing that saturated fat intake is inversely associated with serum LDL levels? I know of several large studies showing the opposite. (Titles or PubMed IDs are fine; since KZbin discourages links.) Thanks.
