CAREFUL!!!! Podium does not care about the needs of your business, this has been the worst mistake of my carrier. STAY AWAY! they refuse to release you for the contract even though you can’t use their features. AWFUL EXPERIENCE

@@luccadoc Podium is a tech company that overpromises results, I can not use their features because of the type of business I have, their service is for physical retail business as their CEO claims on youtube videos. It's been 20 days and I have not seen any results, it's been crickets. They refuse to cancel my 12-month subscription after explaining to them I can not use their features because of my type of business. They insist on keeping me with them. Today I got an invoice for $397.55 and the software has done nothing. The worst mistake of my carrier, I'm hoping to find some help t navigate this problem.

@@phillysnapbooth8552 if a tech company sold you lies that don't apply to your business to get you to sign a contract, you have grounds to nullify that agreement at no penalty to you.

@@bikesandchikn I open a claim with Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General- Consumer Complaint explaining my case.

@@phillysnapbooth8552 I'm glad you're taking the right steps to rectify this. Make sure to report them to the FTC with this being scam-like in nature. And lastly, you can file a complaint with your local consumer protection office. usa dot gov has the search tool for finding the one for your state. Good luck 👍
