They did a really nice job on the case. I wish they would have added additional straps for stabilizer bar, rear stabilizer bar, and bow stand. Things bouncing around in a bow case are never good.

I agree with you and I want one of these but I do have an Acadamy brand soft case going on 7 years goes to the woods my work in the back of a truck etc. cost me 50 bucks still going strong and it doubles as a dual bow case it will hold to mathews bows as well. now I would not travle on a plane with it..thx for the video

Good timing! I'm headed from GA to Colorado for a hunt this fall and need a better case to fly with. I am trying to decide between the "shaped" case like the 4318, the rectangular style SKB case, or something like the Hoyt duffel you sell. Ideally I'd like to be able to pack a good amount of my gear/clothes in with the bow so I can keep my pack smaller so I can carry it on.

I have this case and I really enjoy it; my only complaint is the lack of a place to store stabilisers.

I have the same complaint and it just seems like a big miss on the part of SKB. If they even just made the material in the top section hook & loop compatible, that would have been a passable solution. As it stands, you have attachment points on top for either a quiver or stabilizers but not both.

Have one on order through my local shop. I didn’t even think to check the latches. I’m going to Colorado TAC. Do they have loops to fit external locks? I’d really like to be able to lock it so no one can get into it after I check it at the airport.

My sidebar mount on ss34 makes it stand up too tall and not fit. Any recommendations for how to make that fit so I don’t need to change angle on side bar mount every time? Maybe I can cut out a hole for the side bar mount to slot into

Earlier this year i bought the SKB 4217-db case as it seemed decent for the price. Solid case, but heavy. I would much rather have this one as it looks much better for a bow.

I just bought it and found one downside. The cut for sight is not mirrored so it fits RH bows with sight but I need to remove sight with LH bow they shoud cut bigger cut to fit both standard and mirrored bow.

I had to buy a pelican v800 for my bow because no one makes a case for my bow mine is a little older than most but the pelican case works great it just weighs a ton I would love something a bit lighter but as I said prior from the string to the front of my riser is between 10 to 16 inches and my bow is 50 inches from tip to tip lol just felt like Sharing
