You have to get Mind over Matter in the passive skill tree to make the mana leech and darkness tie into each other

I figured there had to be some way out there to get those to work and feel alright, but it still feels odd to me that the way to get these ascendancy nodes to work is by going all the way over to MoM. Good to know regardless! I hadn't checked what builds/tree is working for Chayula
