Apparently, staffs of the specific element (based on skill/name) can only roll "+ to skills" of that element so it is worth to aug them also according to people who got leaks, Archmage is unlocked around lvl 50 xd

I believe what we've seen is the level 14 version of Archmage. Level 1 should be available much sooner.

There is no node that gives a 10% chance for the energy shield to start recharging when we are using a skill( So the only 1 layer of our defense is MANA, but even with ES conversion it will be not more than 6-8k for the first week. And if we take boss Phys damage nuke - it's 100% RIP...

i have made a updated skill tree for launch you can find it pinned in my discord or just come into twitch chat. mana stacking is gonna be great i wouldnt worry. you get a ton of mana on gear and archmage has been buffed to 8% instead of 5%

Wont it suck to do different dmg type main skill than lightning since when u wanna scale both you basically loose either archmage or main skill dmg value? Dont you wanna go only lightning damage for that reason?

there are advantages to both but if u have alot of generic spell scaling the dmg loss shouldnt be huge. its mostly the pen and exposure that might be ele specific.

Straight up lol. Made my own build not thinking much of it, yet now I am working the tree looking for mana and there's no way to increase it realistically as even EB's es isn't multiplied my inc% es before getting turned into mana. It's stupid af, build is gonna be a joke of a glass cannon regardless of MoM.

Ya I found a +30 and a +6%(I think) without having to spend everything on small passive nodes. Very slim pickings

I dont see the archmage skill gem in the gem menu, how do I find it?

you get it really late in progression

AFAIK we start with 100 spirit at level 1? If true we could technically use archmage as soon as it's available, still probably a good idea to wait though.

you will not have the mana. also if u have low mana it does pretty much nothing.

From what I've heard we start with 0 spirit and get 180 throughout the campaign. Either way, yeah, starting it too early sounds like a bad idea

@@lunarath1 did not realize this. Will def be useful to have that spirit! I think archmage unlocks as an option later in the campaign so even if we scale the mana early it may not be possible
