PoE [3.19] Reap Chieftain | Uber Maven

Still optimizing everything, might make a highlight video when done with final PoB.
TLDR of the build:
-take 100% phys, cold & lighting as fire damage and have 90% max fire res
-damage, yes (reaches 100m+ burst dps if focus & Ngamahu are timed correctly)
-super comfy to play, absolutely no chance of dying in maps
