PoE 3.22 Has Broken, The Fastest Build In History Tornado Shot Warp Path of Exile

PoE 3.22 sees the fastest build of all time finally going public thanks to Captain Garbage and Crouching Tuna sharing it with the community. In this video Grimro covers Tornado Shot Lightning Warp a basic introduction of how it works, pros, cons and whether it might get nerfed.

Some notes from Captain Garbage and Tuna:
- Put LW in asenath, LW inherits a 0.3s cooldown reducable by travel cdr, get 204% travel cdr to reach 0.09cd breakpoint, get LW duration to 0, get 10.10APS (imported in pob with config done) for max smoothness. Never go above 10.10.

Is Captain garbage the founder of the build? Ive been subbed to a dude named Leavnok that has been playing this build under the radar for 2 years every single league since ritual 3.13. I tried the build 3 leagues ago and everyone was dumbfounded when i showed them it lol. Leavnok deserves some credit he has been making different levels of pob's for this build for a while.

This build is insane, but I honestly don't think they need to nerf it. The difference I feel with something like Vaal Spark is that players could like actually play Vaal Spark. The cost to get this build going is completely prohibitive, and will only get moreso as more people start to try to run it and drive up the prices. I feel like if you've made this much currency, you should get to have your fun zooming around at warp speed.

I find it hilarious that people are only catching onto this now, i played asenath's + lightning warp in Kalandra league on a negative charges triggered discharge build. That cleared entire screens just as fast. Considering this interaction has been known for so long i doubt they'll nerf it.

I think they'll just separate static cooldowns from movement skill cooldowns, if they can. It would be the easiest nerf without affecting other builds. Still looks dope.

Why do u need 10 teleports per second? 5 tps per sec is still insanely fast and can blast through everything. And u only need 5.0 as for that. Its like comparing speed of bullet vs speed of sound. Yeah one is slower, but the speed of sound is still insanely fast. U absolutely do not need 10 tps/sec to be super fast. However, u prob still need a really good bow and quiver. Ive never played tornado shot but i know the skill's dmg relies a lot on ur bow and quiver, its not like totems where u can have bunch of rares and still kill mobs vety fast. So idk the real cost but it def is under a mirror if u just lower the tps per sec from 10 to say 5

does anyone know the lower breakpoints for cdr/less dura/attack speed? im at like 6-7 attacks per sec

Been playing it myself. There aren't really breakpoints. Look at the cooldown time for lightning warp in your hotbar. Take 1 and divide by that number. Keep your APS just below that. For instance, if it is 0.11, your APS would need to be below 1/0.11 = 9.09. You can check the exact trigger rate in PoB, just in case there are rounding issues. If you are attacking faster than that, you need more cooldown.

There is nothing wrong with HH, asssuming you have the full 10.10 cdr breakpoint the lowest triggerrate you can achieve by overcapped attack speed is 6.7. Adittionally these minimum trigger rate attack speed ranges are rather small, you will most likely leap right over them with soul eater and rarely experience anything lower than 7.5 to 8 triggers per second. Plenty fast and worth the damage if you wanna delete 100% deli in 30 seconds flat. Becomes a lot harder to reach a base attack speed of 10.10, but 8-9 is totally fine. (Obviously except for specific content nothing beats mageblood)

I've just played this using a literally budget version and it works perfectly fine. Just put the two cdr nodes and less duration and swift affliction and you're set. Don't be swayed by the overpriced budget by other players. You don't need 10 teleports.
