@ignapp I think you've reached perfection with offense and defense balance, truly. Maybe Voices and Adorned stacking but would the build really be worth that price tag? Pushing offense and zHP is probably only the fun thing left to do now. With Impale Charms / Spectres the phys version could probably nuke an Uber through it's DR. But for a general purpose toon, you're already there mate! (Okay maybe Balance of Terror/Whispers of Doom combination could be free enough to include)

Hey, with forbidden jewels, they let you get another ascendancy passive. But i dont recommend playing this build this league, specially if you are new to the game.

Where is your flame dash socketed in ? You have it on map showcase, but not on ur pob ?

Yeah, I'm not using it atm for mapping, but if I wanted to use it, I would get rid of the cast when stunned setup.

It depends, if you want more damage go for cold/ele pen or cold DMG, for tankiness, spell suppression, evade chance or reduce physical DMG

I'm already using impossible escape to get charisma, but you could get mana reservation on charms or on the mana mastery. The helm is totally not necessary, just min maxing.

Hey, I use MoM + Eldritch Battery as a defensive layer, most of the time I'm full energy shield, so it helps a lot against one shot.

Nope, but you can kill it very fast, obviously not with some insane Valdo's mods like 99% less damage + 4 ghost or some other crazy stuff.
