Flask on reused at end? So have to press on new floor i guess.

Yeah, the flasks have 100% uptime, but they need to be pressed at the start of every room. If you forget it, chaos damage will pass your ES and will be deadly - takes a bit getting used to, but it isn't too bad after a while.
