It doubles the roll and takes the highest number from those roll. It doesn’t double your damage.

Hey very cool video! Just wondering pros and cons vs Lightning Strike for CI Trickster? Looking to do T17s/Ubers/Void maps with it :)

personally i went flicker strike and just gem swap in uber fights with lightning strike, with essentially the sanme support gems just replace flicker with LS. but in general my t17 runs were safe and fast with Flickerstrike and i was fairly tanky too i could eat 1 volatile core in t17. trickster flickerstrike was really fun and 1 button playstyle during maps and a couple extra buttons for buffs in bosses (tbh didt really need it, just made it faster. you get the best of botgh worlds, flicker and LS 2 different playstyles depending on what u prefer that day

I don't even have close to your budget but good enough to where I can do about every content with my LS Trickster. But trying SS it feels so much nicer it's just that it seems so much worse DPS than LS sadly.

@@MalphasMikaelson Don’t think dps is the issue with the build. I instaphase ubers. The clear speed is just a bit slow in maps because you don’t have great aoe or zoom zoom.

@@j_farmer97 Yeah many Valdo runners use this build or a variation. Done some myself too, but need a bit more investment for certain mod combos.

i flipped one of the cluster jewels for abit more dmg and got bloodscent on one of the jewels lost out on a veteran defender roll :P

Yes, on a small cluster jewel. Costs you can extra skill point sadly. Rage on hit you can also get on glove eldritch implicit.

@@Tobboキツネ Fracture int/spell supress (either fracture myself on a high quality base, or buy the fractured item). Then dense fossil spam (sometimes with eldritch exalt if I hit 2 t1 with open prefix).

@@ji4pu4 in path of building when you select sniper’s mark it’s displayed somewhere. I lowered my curse effect since this video though, no longer at 200% since I stopped using Atziri

Farmed a lot on my Deadeye league starter. Got pretty lucky too, with gambling Ancient Orbs and Valdo’s to get a Headhunter and Nimis in like 3 days.

Hi, i was wondering, I play splitting steel trickster last league and it was amazing, face tanking everything from uber bosses to corpse explosions from mobs and strongboxes. Is it as good this league? And can i do uber bosses without those crazy uniques like nimis mageblood etc?

First question, yes, it's still as strong. I can facetank anything unless I giganerf myself with altars and take volatiles or something. Regarding performance without Mageblood, idk. I wouldn't recommend it but I haven't tried this.

+100% makes 200%. We're probably talking about the same thing. I get 36% from tree, 20% from my shield, -16% from mark on hit, and the rest I cover with tattoos.

@@bifacial605 Get Anathema ring until you can afford Nimis. With around ~100 div you can buy some decent ES rares for the other slots and gems. That will be enough to get you going, but you’ll have to be careful with certain t17 mods until you get stronger though

In the linked PoB I have the following tattoo's: Journey Tattoo of the Soul(x3) +40 to maximum Energy Shield per Allocated Journey Tattoo of the Soul Tattoo of the Hinekora Warrior(x14) 3% increased maximum Energy Shield Tattoo of the Ramako Shaman(x3) +2% chance to Suppress Spell Damage Tattoo of the Tasalio Scout(x15) 4% increased Effect of your Marks Copied straight off pobb.in. Having Adrenaline turned on in my PoB was a mistake, but I never tried to convince anyone to play this to begin with. I'm just showing off my build, and I copied over my PoB because people asked. The PoB doesn't accurately show the DPS you do anyway. In a real scenario, you do about 3 times more DPS than PoB says because of the way Nimis shotguns.

Yes, but you’ll be more squishy and will have to get resistances on your gear. And in T17 maps always want to make sure you have a good amount of Headhunter stacks before doing the boss. Personally I don’t really like the playstyle with it, and the flicker buff is annoying

@@shionxoxo Hey, thanks for the PoB, can you please explain why are you taking Inspiration instead of Awakened Light. Pen. with SS? Is it due to the mana cost only? isn't the DPS taking a big hit?

@@Mokajino It's a slight dps loss according to PoB if I switch to Awakened Lightning pen. And I lose the mana cost reduction. I think without exposure on gloves, it is better.
