POE 3.25 Tanky Miner? Occultist Icicle Mine Build, 10k ES, T17, Ubers

I didn't expect it to be that tanky, but then I realized that dps is not very high and still didn't want to lose tankiness. If you need more dps - buy rings with +1 power charge, can also skip bottom part of the tree and use standard DPS setup with Militant Faith with Dominus name instead of Elegant Hubris. But imo this version is just perfect for comfortable t16 mapping, where we don't need very high dps and we can tank everything. If you dont play with automation on detonate mines, and if you can afford more mana to spend, you gonna do more damage, and shotgun bosses, you dont need more than 2 mines to clear a pack of mobs... soo, every step you can trigger 1 time the mines and clear, for bosses of course you can setup more mines and shotgun the bosses. And for real, i got that POB and amazes me, thank you buddy, very nice job! Amazing.

thanks! to shotgun t17 bosses and ubers (many of them have phases anyway) - we need muuch higher dps, like 100-200M, then with 18 mines on the ground - maybe we can insta kill them, but still not sure it's even possible without being 5k ehp glass cannon. Previously I had Hexblast miner with 400M DPS and it still didn't oneshot all bosses with 18 placed mines. Automation works so much better than mine mastery for detonation while running. For example on encounters like ritual, harvest, settlers ore deposits etc, where I can just stay and throw mines, no need to run every sec.

thanks! MB is not the best here, just more movement and armour, but DPS will be lower and no 132% ele dmg recouped as ES

I don't use any regex. Mods to avoid: no regen, others are doable, but high effect less recovery is bad or too many dmg mods.

​@@hoangdungtran4946 yes, because we deal dmg with mines, that's not our direct dmg. But you may need to remove lvl 1 cold snap from cwdt setup and do not jump into packs of mobs with frostblink on ele reflect maps

it's not bad, tanky enough, but hard essences can take some time, because it's just 13M dps, that's no so much. And precursor emblems and timeless jewel with right number can be hard to get on the event if not many people play, otherwise you will have much lower ES pool Maybe check this Sabo hexblast, it's not tanky, but has much better dps, so essences or harvest should be done in seconds: kzbin.info/www/bejne/j5LWhH-nj8aSoMU

@@K2Gaming_ I don't know who you're talking to but it aint me. I'm not screaming about anything. I just find people who leave that particular screen up with all that text that covers the area you're playing in weird. I like to see what I'm doing and whats going on in the screen, not cover it up.

​@@johnturtle6649 believe me, I like to hide that ton of text too, but when I record maps - I don't know forehead what parts I will use in my showcase, so I have to keep map mods all the time just in case, and to avoid questions "why no map mods? maybe it's t1 white map" etc

I like to watch to see if I can learn anything, sometimes I comment for fun :P To me, I could never play that way, it just obscures way too much screen real estate. hi, that cast speed is just for bit faster Frosblink of Wintry Blast. Main mod on wand is cold dmg per power charge, it gives 50% more dps than Void Battery that most people use

no, why? as you see in POB I have 17/35/58 ele res over maximum, so it's even enough for ele weakness maps. But as I mentioned in "buying/crafting" part of the video, we need belt with all res corrupted implicit. Rest is from the rare body, tree, uniques and a bit from clusters

idk, much lower ES pool or not all items/passives taken, lower armour (I have 50k with molten shell and flasks), maybe no phys taken as chaos in body etc

​@@HuyQuang-zc1ee that's strange, because if I even disable sigil of power and molten shell - I still have 32.8k phys max hit taken and POB says it's enough for 1.36 uber shaper slams, which means that ~30% ES should left after slam. I noticed that the most dangerous in that fight is when all 3 shapers start shooting frostbolts - then we don't have enough time for recoup, but when 1-2 shapers use frostbolts - it was ok If you want, I can check you POB to find mistakes or differences, but I do this only for my supporters, it's a compensation for my time

Mageblood will improve only movement speed (which is good, because it's pretty slow) and phys max hit a bit, but dps and survivability against ele hits will be lower, because we lose +1 power charge and 132% ele dmg recouped as ES

yes, unfortunately timeless jewels with right name and number have very low supply, so even if few % of viewers started following this build - they bought everything on the market. You could avoid this situation by becoming my middle supporter :) I posted early access POB for this build 3 days before making it public, so probably even my supporters bought all jewels. Try to find bit worse numbers with timeless jewel calculator of how that tool is called

maybe I will check it later, but I guess it will not be cheap like 5-10 div. Blight titanic is a hard content, so need high dps and tanky char, which can be expensive, 50-100 div and more. Actually I don't like to make cheap builds in the middle/end of the league when most people have hundreds of divs in stash, they want min-max

yeah, unfortunately timeless jewels with right numbers have low supply, so when new build comes out - people buy them fast and either nothing left or price is very high. You probably could bought it for few divs if you were my middle supporter, I posted early access POB 3 days before making it public
