I am surprised so many people prefer this over the album version (could be the Apocalypse nostalgia). For me, it's not even close. While the album cut is haunting and timeless, this version sounds dated, especially that fuzzy guitar. Even Poe's vocals sound much less emotional and entire production is missing the cohesiveness heard on the Haunted CD.
