Its extremely complex when u first see everything but like every arpg, once you do it enough its easy enough to understand. The complexity is why so many call poe the god arpg.

The POE depth is the reason people play it. (when you go deeper into POE, I am sure you will see the levels of crazy you can go with it, and how enjoyable it is.) If they dumb it down in any way, they will chase away their actual audience, who want depth and complexity. I don't think non-ARPG players are their actual audience, the audience they are targeting with POE2 is Soulslike players. :)) It needs to be deep, the D4 skill tree is exrtremely boring, D4 feels like a chore, with no real depth and complexity. I mean for people who want that, you have D4. POE2 needs to be as deep or deeper than POE, even if sometimes less complex. But in no means it should be dumbed down in any way... even tough I feel in some aspects it kinda is, sadly. I have pre-ordered D4 by the way, due to their beta marketing, and it felt sooooo extremely boring after the campaign, not even the Vessel of hatred will save it, at least for POE and LE players.
