Buffed to its present state in patch 2.6, Incandescent Heart has long been a quiet achiever. Accessible even in SSF and very much moreso in trade, IH does two things well - mitigate elemental damage (with or without Chaos Inoculation), or reward elemental conversion shenanigans.
Don't equip this item until your chaos resistance is quite high.

It's such a great chest and I think in many ways better than The Fourth Vow which feels more of a Jugg piece to me. Also, enjoying these videos. Would love to see one on The Yoke Of Suffering. Figuring out which ailments actually seem to work with it seems unintuitive. Getting the right tattoo mix etc. It's feels like the most tricky item I've ever tried to optimize.

Yeah, as long as you aren't completely soft to physical damage. Aegis often rounds it out.

@@sirgog oh yeah there needs to be some aditional leyares like decend amount of armour wich this chest sets you up for convertion out of phys or endurenca charges

Most infuriating thing about it is when you immune to reflected elemental damage. You basically not taking ele damage and then convert it to chaos, frustating as hell.

In my ssf softcore run for necropolis ingot 3 t1 unique drops before this chest i was going after

Ouch. I believe this is 12 times as rare as specific T1s (e.g. Dialla's), but there are a good number of T1s.

Hey man, love your videos! I have just one suggestion for this series of videos however, when you are providing price points, I would suggest either NOT providing price points at all, or perhaps provide the price point of what the item cost at say, 5 days into the league or a week into the league. If you just cite the current price, not only is it not very relevant because by 2 months into the league the economy is in a very depressed state, but its also not applicable relatively - you couldnt even compare its value against the previous video you made because of the time gap between the videos. I would say that the value of an item a week into the league is probably a good point where many more of the people who are watching your videos are likely to be at a point where they would be considering buying the item, but simultaneously still need to pay attention to the cost.

Fair point. IH is never expensive, a six link one is basically always close to the price of a thousand fuses.
