I think the unique tab is nice to have for a couple of reasons but I wouldn't have put it much higher on the list than you did, maybe C. 1. It's nice to look through your collection now and then. Maybe it could be a goal to have a complete unique collection for some people. 2. When I'm leveling a new character I constantly look through my unique collection to find leveling gear that would help me out and the tab makes it very easy to find. Otherwise, I think I agree on pretty much everything. The only tabs I don't have are the Flask and Gems ones.

What I personally do like I mentioned , is instead of paying that for a tab, it’s better to just put some specific uniques you want in a quad tab or a normal premium, and just name it Uniques. It’s what I do and that’s where I have my levelling gear etc.

Since they have told us that all purchased tabs cross over to poe2, would this influence your list?

Not at all. I still think the currency map and fragment tab are the absolute best.

stash tab bundle is definitely better than delve and Metamorph stash if you already have a premium tab for trading

Probably, but personally my ocd couldn't be able to put fossils and resonators in a normal tab.

If ever 3.24 finish and I bought my stash tab in that league, do I need to buy stash tabs again in 3.25? Or is this buy once, use forever feature?
