Chill is an ailment and the ring needs the herald to inflict chill on hit to chain

Since the description of HOI didn’t mention anything about ailments I threw it on not knowing. It’s my first POE game so you live and learn. That’s why I updated the guide

There are 10x people with the same build ... even then this build is like 20 times worse than a Gemling tri stat tempest rusher ... the movement speed is so damn slow that it makes it inefficient

You sound like fun at parties… maybe just let people have some fun. This is my first POE game so sorry for not incorporating flicker strike or some other tech to speed it up.
