Why isn't there a possibility for someone living outside Canada to apply for jobs and get a Job : hence a Work Permit I was in contact with an IRCC advisor & was advised to get registered (paying a small fee)and I will be given a lawyer.And the overall thing will cost something for getting a Job.Like they will get a job after getting some Payment..
