Overall? Start really slow with the metronome to get the rhythm right and tight... Bar 49-52 is the hardest part by far, I've even seen him playing live 11-14-11 on the E string instead of 12-14-12 because it's way easier (even though I've listend many times and on slow tempo the original recording and my ear says it's absolutely 12-14-12) so... you can go the easy path if you want to, the second hardest part which is the final tapping is kind of a little improvised, like you start 6-notes which is okay, then on 7-notes just think on "going a bit faster than before", then on 11-notes "now a bit slower", hope it helps!
