Eataly in Short Hills Mall, NJ is Now Open & Offers Authentic Italian Food!

Vern heads to Short Hills Mall in NJ to try the newest location for Eataly, the Italian restaurant known for their authentic Italian food! It was opening week and we were excited to see what the hype was about!
We explored the store and they had plenty of Italian goods there for sale. Cheese, wine, food, gelato, sandwiches, everything was there! Of course, we tried the prosciutto sandwich and a lemonade drink to start our day! Vern had to get the chocolate gelato too to make it a complete meal. :)
If you're going to eat at the restaurant, make sure to reserve beforehand. We didn't but we were lucky to get seats for an earlier time. Vern tried the tagliatelle alla bolognese, the margherita pie, and a sweet chocolate mousse dessert with the Eataly name on it! It's definitely worth it if you can't make it to the NYC area!

Eataly is really grand, thanks for doing this video Vern. The restaurant is a showcase of Italian culture, the way Italians make their food the real original way. I was waiting for you to twist your fork on the pasta, but you did it just how we Filipinos eat pasta and noodles, and that is fine because you are not Italian, why bother doing it anyway, hehe. The pizza looked authentic and everything else are so mouth watering specially the chocolate dessert. Nice video again !!!! Thanks.
