I Tried to SOLO *Dynamax Zapdos* in Pokemon GO But THIS Happened!

Thanks for the video Milo! We have a team of 4 so we don’t have to level up to 50 but I insisted on at least level 40. We assigned one person to Guard, one to Heal and the others to attack. We could beat some more easily than others depending on Zapdos moves. Saving the extras to trade to the rest of our group. We did one also easily with 3. I do not think it is worth trying and trying and trying…

I could duo it easy but solo deffo need level 3 max g move. CP Dosent matter on attacking dynamaxed pokemon as long as it has that level 3 max g max move.

I was able to solo dynamax Zapdos without the boost from pokemon in power spots butbit was a bit of a paon when zapdos uses the wrong moves but i manage to take it down

How do you get enough stardust and candies to fully max out Pokémon whenever you want? I've been playing for a few years without anything extra added to my account and haven't even touched enough stardust and candies to max out any of my Pokémon

Lol I've played since 2019 on and off built my first two level 50 about a week ago, you have to remember they play this game for a living, this game is becoming more and more unplayable for casual/f2p, GBL is full of XL mons now, I would focus on comm day mons, get a go ++ to play when your busy with other things and don't needlessly power things up or evolve until you need them, never gotten over 1.5 million dust 😂😂😂

@Tank-f7z Thanks for the advice. I'll see if that works. I just really liked how I caught everything I have by hand and I'm almost at level 42 just playing the game as is.

It used to be easier some years ago, with a small pool of Pokemon spawning etc But some tips I'd recommend, 1: Get some tier 3 megas, they'll give big candy boosts when active. Great for comm days, spotlight hours and other events with focused spawns. 2: Be aware of event bonuses, stardust boosts are a must to catch everything. 3: Note the spawns for the events running, see whats available. 4: Stardust boosted Pokemon, some pokemon give more stardust than normal. (Paras is 500 dust per catch) 5: See what local parks have for nests. All green spaces have 1 Pokemon nesting for a 2 week rotation. Some are great to grind for candies. 6: Trading, gives candy when trading. 7: Buddies, give candies when being walked Hope that's helpful, but yeah Creators play this and the events for a living and have played it for years and years.

I caught 203 shinies mostly where I live. I don't even have to go anywhere to catch them. I just went out on my front porch yesterday and caught shiny Darumaka. I also found a lake nearby that's a shiny gold mine. I caught 10 shiny Cyndaquils there. The other day when I made a route I caught shiny Onix. Almost every event I catch shinies.

@pogomilouk Thank you! That's very helpful for me! One of my favorite Megas I have is my shiny mega Houndoom. My strongest is either Mega Steelix or Charizard not sure on the stats lol

From what I read and heard you don't want to use your charged attacks just your fast attack. It charges up your max meter faster? Is this not the case?

I tried to solo a dmax Zapdos too & no luck. My Pokémon were not level 50 though & no max mushroom & also no help with Pokémon left at the power spot. Still no dmax Zapdos 😞

It kinda pisses me off that max mushrooms are kind of needed for most players with small groups, why the hell are they so expensive, its just a double slap in the face by niantic, not only do i not have 3 people to help, i also have to buy mushrooms for guaranteed chance to beat it lol, 3 of us managed to beat it, but only once, 2nd time i had one mon left needed one more dmax move but got one shotted through 2 shields 😂😂 game mechanics busted lol

@Tank-f7z I can't really confirm that. We did it with 2 people 1 with good counters, L50, L3 Max moves, 1 player with L30-40 counters. That's it. No mushrooms needed.

@TACKLEMANIAde I think personally if you can do them with two players, my comments obviously not for you, I've seen many players struggling with 3-4, my point is that most rural f2p players, have to spend money on mushrooms that I think are overpriced for what they give, 30 mins with 10 mins or so maybe trying to get the right move set, we managed to do one, but to guarantee the win mushrooms are kinda of needed

Oh we didn't use mushrooms on the one we won, the second one we tried took out the two other players pretty fast, it's just not a very accessible feature, but that's just my opinion

Can say the duo is possible without the need for a max mushroom, but 100% agree that the item is a clear monitisation of damage output. I don't like the item. Still early days on the Dynamax stuff, took them 2+ years and a whole rework to make Megas worth while 😂
